Receptionist

We have open for applicants a Receptionist Role which involves;

  • Exceptional representation of the company at front of house.

  • Receipting in orders to our parent program 'Simpro'

  • Welcome all visitors and notify staff of their arrival.

  • General Reception duties including picking up supplies and cleaning.

  • Data entry

  • Timesheet entry

  • Administrative support to our management team.


Skills you will hold to be successful in the role;

  • Ability to juggle demands and excellent organizational skills

  • Pride in self and your role in the company

  • Intermediate level excel skills

  • Excellent professional phone and front of house manner

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications

  • A high regard to quality customer service
