Customer Services Receptionist

 Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Serve and welcome all visitors, directing them accordingly

  • Answering and handling calls, transferring through to key person

  • Local pick up and deliveries

  • Handler of office functionality and supplies

  • Courier outgoings and bookings

  • Assistance to Supply Chain and supplier communications

  • Receipting in invoices and purchases record tracking

  • Administrative tasks, filing, organising, assistance and shared calendar management

  • Timesheet data entry and direct labour logging to manufacturing

  • General front of house cleaning and upkeep


Qualifications and experience

  • Work experience in customer services, receptionist or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including 'Teams'

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills, time management and ability to prioritise tasks accordingly

  • Customer service attitude and a high regard to best possible outcomes

  • Experience in agriculture or a willingness to learn about the industry.
